Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including: 

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase .
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by us
  • Any item returned after 30 days from delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specific period.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds may take time to be processed.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
